Information gained from responses to an adult education survey circulated last year in the Washington Township Quarterly and the City of Centerville’s Town Crier will be used to offer new classes in the community, Cynthia Fraley, director of the Hithergreen Senior Center, reports.
“Less than 200 responses were received,” Cynthia said, “and we concluded there is insufficient interest in the community, at this time, to create a formal adult education program. However, all the entities involved in creating the survey will be using the suggestions received to expand their education offerings to the community. A special thanks to those who returned the survey forms.”
The survey was an outgrowth of Create the Vision, the plan that will guide development of the community for the next 20 years.
Another survey will be circulated in a few years to see if interest in the community changes, Cynthia said
